Can you believe that Blue Rill’s Leadership Team has over 350 years of camp experience! This incredible group of individuals brings experience, knowledge, energy and fun to camp every day. Division Leaders are in charge of a specific age group, and our sports and specialty areas are carefully supervised by experienced administrators.
With significant classroom and guidance experience, they have dedicated their lives to helping children learn and grow. Our goal is to ensure that every camper and staff member is safe and happy at
SUMMER STAFF:
Our enthusiastic group counselors, specialists, swim and sports staff make Blue Rill special! They are college students, teachers or coaches who bring energy and spirit to our campers each day. Our staff provides the perfect combination of responsibility, safety, spirit and FUN!
Blue Rill takes pride in the fact that we have one of the highest staff return rates in the camp industry. Our counselors, specialists and administrators have been a part of the Blue Rill family for many years – and lots of them were campers themselves and are happy to come back each summer to create memorable summer experiences for each of our campers.
